Pilates is an excellent way to learn and keep in tune with your body, helping to prevent injury, recovering from injury or maintaining a healthy body.


GYROTONIC®

The method of Gyrotonic is incredibly fluid and beautiful to perform and watch. It literally means " circular toning". Inspired by yoga and the energetic flow of the human body, this method increases strength and flexibility through dynamic circular movement. Great for health and injury recovery!
